Connecticut Trolley Museum’s

“Hallmark Hall of Fame”

We cannot tell you who these folks are, per individual

photograph, but we wish to thank them all for their dedication

of time and labor that enhanced, so beautifully, the Museum Campus.

For four weeks they came, they saw and they conquered.

It is special folks like these that make volunteerism such an American way of life!

Thank you all so much… your efforts, in conjunction with the "unique sponsorship" by

your Hallmark organization, have left our Campus and our hearts in a far, far better place...

… Salute …

 THURSDAY AUGUST 14TH

"WE'LL GET BY WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM OUR FRIENDS" - from Hallmark Cards

With some painting...

some discussion...

some safety...

some untangling...

and some aggression...

With a little painting, a little pulling and a little pruning we are looking good

again - thanks to the effort of these Hallmark Card employees.

The new "Hallmark Community Assistance Program" pairs their employees with NPO's, such as ours, who need volunteers to accomplish tasks left wanting.

Thank you all so much and, please, do come back and see us again. Your effort

has made a bigger difference than you could possibly have imagined...

COULD THESE LADIES BE MORE CONCENTRATED ON THE TASKS AT HAND?

Week of August 18th - here they come again...

HALLMARK CARDS EMPLOYEES TO THE RESCUE

Deciding on a plan of action

But first a photo so the boss - Carl Tallarita - knows where they are

All are still smiling - that is a good sign...

WOW - could there have been that many weeds?

Outside and in, their effort is so appreciated...

For the second week in a row a contingent of folks from Hallmark Cards descended upon our campus with the intention of making the grounds and gardens look like they are supposed to look for such a prestigious museum :-)

Thanks to all of you from all of us...
